A warm welcome to all the readers. Hope you enjoyed reading the anti-heroes list in our last post. Weekends are special as it is the time to keep away work and rejuvenate ourselves. By way of TGIS we try to make your weekends more special with lists of fun-filled movies and novels. All work and no play makes Jack and Jill dull, right?! TGIS is back to keep the ‘filmy keeda’ within you alive.
So buddies, have you started planning for tomorrow? I hope you haven’t forgotten Tomorrow is the third Sunday of June i.e. Father’s Day!
Earlier we never felt the need to have a different Father’s Day. But as we have progressed through time, we are losing out on expression. Even if all of us respect and love out Dad we miss out on saying that, ‘Dad, we care for you!’ So I feel we need Father’s Day to honor all the Dads and celebrate fatherhood.
I hope all of you have surely planned something special for your Dad! It could be a big party, exotic gifts or simply making a hot cup of tea for him. Even a small gesture is enough to convey that you love your Dad.
I have planned to make Father’s Day special by watching a nice movie with my Dad. He loves to watch . So today in TGIS, I bring to you some of my personal favorites for Father’s Day.
You can pop up some nice popcorn and grab a wonderful movie for the day.

When you are a father,
and you hear your children’s voices,
you will feel that those ones
are akin to every drop in your veins;
that they are the very flower of your life
and you will cleave so closely to them
that you seem to feel every movement
that they make.
